# Know your skin type. This is important because there are different skin care products for all the varying skin types.
# Drink plenty of water. Some people recommend that you should drink eight glasses of water a day to keep your body fully hydrated. This will be reflected in the health of your skin.
# Cleanse your skin regularly. Wash twice a day in lukewarm water to remove all dust and dirt that may have accumulated during the day.
# Be gentle. Don?t scrub or exfoliate too hard or too often. Similarly, don?t apply too much or too many skin care products.
# Keep your skin moist at all times. Don?t let your skin become dry because dryness causes the outer
layer of your skin to break, leading to a rough and unattractive appearance. Use a moisturiser regularly.
